A lot of overtime and flexible schedule

Not much training and low yearly raises.

Great pay. Only day shift if you work in the shop. Four day week (4*10) and Fridays are used for overtime. Rare lay offs. Some times have bonuses.

I had a salary position and on average worked 50-60 hours a week. Never had a non working vacation. Hourly employees didn't have that issue. Management is mainly made up of owners which have all been together for 30 years. They are always reinventing themselves doing whatever it takes to make money. That helps keep people employeed but it makes them fall short of their original goals. Even some of the owners joke that their growth chart is a circle.
