Doesn’t feel like an MNC at all! Communism is at it’s peak. You can’t speak up or else your manager will try to make you count mistakes which you didn’t even make, they will make you doubt your skills and worth. They don’t mind shouting at you just to get the job done even if they are wrong. Manager will put pressure on you to do overtime and make you work on weekends by getting you in guilt trip that you are not doing enough. Do not think of joining this company at all. But you are most welcome if you are a localite!
