      Clock In Clock out time is up to employee No micromanagement Easy to take off work

      Cons

      No room for growth Management is disrespectful and talks down/threatens employees Raises and Bonuses almost non-existent (rare as a unicorn)

      Family owned, tight knit group of people, some inspirational role models.

      Cons

      Stressed "looking busy" rather than being busy. Incompetence and conservative mindset from owner can be hugely detrimental to both morale and performance.
