      Pros

      No overtime unless something special comes up. (But need to be mindful and leave after finishing work.)

      Cons

      More tasks to handle than what was applied for in the position. Limited freedom in using vacation due to a hierarchical atmosphere. Lack of organization, leading to frequent changes in plans. No work manual available.

      Pros

      I was there in 2012 to 13. Conpany had nice people who worked pretty well together. Work load was reasonable.

      Cons

      Went through significant downsizing in 2013.
