Great people, both on personal and professional level. No barriers for personal growth. Lots of sporty extra-office activities. Variety of projects and freedom to choose your next one.
Cons
Medicore offices at best. Management decisions changing project direction mid-development or close to deadlines on the regular. This and the stress involved with meeting deadlines paired with difficult planning and legacy projects/technologies is among the biggest struggles for an employee.
