ok - Analyst KUBRA Employee Review

Hello, Thank you for your review. KUBRA prides itself on being a workplace where individuals can grow their careers, and provides ample opportunity for career advancement. In fact, just within the first three months of this year, we have had over 20 employees promoted or transfer into new positions within KUBRA and are continuing to internally recruit for a number of openings, primarily within our Product Engineering groups. Additionally, over the past two years KUBRA has continued to grow it's organizational and team structure, introducing new positions and levels within our Product Management, Business Intelligence, Product Development, Client Solutions/Implementations, and Support groups to name a few which has provided further room for individuals to grow their careers at KUBRA. Additionally, we have recently introduced a Career Progression Map and Position Profiles for each of our departments and positions at KUBRA, to enable employees to better understand the various opportunities that exist within and across departments at KUBRA and to help better facilitate career conversations that Managers are having today with their team members. It should be noted that, as a mid-sized organization, which continues to be in a state of consistent and rapid growth the opportunities that exist for career advancement will continue to grow too.
