Long work hours but you get paid for it.

The benefits package is competitive with other employers in the same industry and similar positions. There is great potential for this to be an incredible place to work if they can figure the management issue out.

Poor management. High turnover. No clear expectations. Expectations change constantly. Excessive hours. No boundaries between work and personal life with management. Unprofessional managers that make inappropriate and offensive comments about fellow employees behind their backs but in front of their coworkers. Poor organization. Poor practices. Managers are under qualified for their positions, particularly in the field dept. Toxic. Just don't work here. There are many better options for your Ag career if you have respect for yourself.
