Reputable company with closed-off culture - Manager KX Employee Review

Culture is pretty male dominated. No company culture. People are rude. Most have been there for a very long time, no clue about what's going on out there and resist to change. Work and life balance was good before the company was sold to investors but now that's ruined too, with too many lay offs and no re-hires.
