Pros
Community, team-based orientation towards life - fast paced but supportive and social. The atmosphere is wonderful. It's an ABC affiliated station which is great because employees get the inside scoop on upcoming ABC shows, markets, trends, and goals.
Cons
Spokane is a mid-sized city and KXLY is a community oriented company - some people who work there haven't gone to college and the demographic is mostly 50+ years old. Radio and TV are also dying or at least transitioning markets and it feels like KXLY is behind the times.
