Pros

Monday through Friday work schedule with normal business hours.

Cons

High intensity work environment with sky high turnover. Incompetent management. Many essential departments are off-site making daily operations a headache. Below average pay. Below average PTO. No sick days. Company is not pharmacist/clinician owned despite what they claim. They are owned by Novo Holdings which is a private equity firm that ONLY cares about the bottom line until they sell to the next PE firm which will do the same. Stay away. Work the overnight shift at a local hospital instead.

Pros

Pay was decent but I soon found out why

Cons

Not enough training staff. My trainer left in the middle of my training. Focus on promotion in middle management and location acquisition rather than stability and establishing processes and locations that function the same across each location. There aren’t current SOP’s for established processes which means training new hires is stunted. The CEO makes decisions and has staff jumping through hoops to try to align processes with his decisions. Proper planning is non existent. Management does not respect staff and tends to overload current staff leading to burnout and a revolving door. If they want their staff to care properly for their patients, they should care properly for their staff. The business is run like a startup even though it’s been around long enough to have processes of an established company. If you are an employee who has insurance through this company and also a patient, the insurance company routinely denies therapy for employees.
