As we continue to scale aggressively, many of our roles evolve and embracing such changes and opportunity with a positive attitude results in amazing career growth. While we do work an occasional night or weekend, we are not working “nonstop” nights and weekends. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to grow at and keep up with our pace.
