      1.Friday work from home 2.Flexible timings.

      Cons

      1. No job security. They hire from front door and fire employees by back door you can stay here 1-2 year only. 2. Pressure more 3. you have to work beyond your profile like if you are java developer you can work in .NET, python, devops anything.

      Growth/Promotions can be one, its common in all companies that companies are not promoting existing employees to higher levels instead they are recruiting new guys to senior levels.
