It offers a collaborative atmosphere where teams work closely, knowledge is shared effectively and individual contributions are taken seriously. Leadership communicates goals clearly and encourages employees to take ownership of their projects. There is strong alignment between departments which makes it easier to build meaningful work and improve technical and strategic skills

As the company grows, some internal processes are being refined but it’s more of a dynamic environment than a challenge I think

Except remote work, there's nothing else.

Management is unsupportive and unprofessional. Constant micromanagement, toxic blaming culture and lack of appreciation for hard work have caused burnout among employees including me.
