Pros

Friendly coworkers, close by location for southern California locals. Great program for AEC industry (if construction is your interest).

Cons

Management is poorly structured. Previous manager did a terrible job of treating employees and was very unprofessional approaching problems and talking through them. Employees that work here are recent college graduates and are learning the ways of the structure of the work force. No work place is perfect, but this place showed a terrible first impression of treating employees and making them feel if a job is done incorrectly (even if it is their fault). Respect must be earned but it must also go both ways regardless of ranking of position. There are changes being made, but has a long way to go to before you can feel comfortable to work here and have a good morale coming and leaving work.

Pros

I like that my contributions matter I have learned a lot of important life skills since working here I receive mentorship on a daily basis When I show interest, I am allowed to learn skills outside of my normal scope of work They invest in their employees if you prove you can stick around It feels like loyalty goes both ways here There is room for career growth Never asked to work overtime The CEO has a bunch of experience in software development

Cons

Your brain will get a workout every day (most of the time this is good, but some days are more of a workout than others) Some people may not like that it isn't remote work There are tests to pass to prove you're learning the product, which may give some people anxiety, but isn't so bad since people here help you learn the subject

Pros

Good pay and benefits, nice location.

Cons

Terrible work ethic with higher ups. Seniority there was terrible with newcomers coming in and treating them horribly.
