Pros

Culture, female leadership, family friendly, compensation, benefits. The mission of "connecting people to the outdoors and each other" is really felt at the corporate level. My leadership team really encourages us to visit campgrounds and understand the operation and camper experience in order to improve our roles, our impact, and how we can improve our service.

Cons

The project management team is too small and needs additional project managers to help with the volume.

Pros

Everyone is super welcoming and it actually feels like a team environment rather than just a place to clock in. As an admin, I feel respected and supported by the folks I work with.

Cons

It can get pretty fast-paced at times, so you definitely have to stay on your toes to keep up with the workflow.

Pros

Working outside, coworkers, current GM

Cons

This used to be a wonderful place to work. We had vacation time, insurance, profit sharing bonuses, holiday parties and ownership that actually cared about their employees. There was an ownership change mid 2025 and now the company does not care at all about their staff. All staff who were senior staff were laid off early 2026. Different reasons were used for each employee as to why they were laid off. The reality is the ownership didn’t want anyone on staff who had ANY ideas about any decisions being made. Why listen to employees who have been there for 8 years? How silly to think they could provide anything of value. How stupid to think there is any value in loyal, hardworking individuals. All benefits (except legally required sick time) no longer exist. Do not expect to be seen as anything other than a cog in the wheel. They will use you and then dispose of you when they want to. Truly unfortunate that a self proclaimed “Christian run” company can behave in such a way. No balance between making the most profit and caring for the people making their business run. Unfortunate corporate culture of greed and outright disregard for the human aspect of their business. Ownership and the upper management should be ashamed of themselves.
