Pros
You can learn a lot if you are willing to work. Although it can be high pressure, it is usually a friendly environment and you can get to enjoy the workplace. Workplace is not formal and it allows socialising. Starting salary was pretty low, but developed considerably.
Cons
Bonuses were discontinued, and all other benefits are pretty basic and on a statutory basis. Holidays are not so great either. Although it is a growing company, they still think like a small one in certain aspects, and they try to save money by cutting corners wherever possible. Sometimes communication does not work properly and you can end up being managed on the same task by different people simultaneously.
