      It is a small company and not a tech savvy. You don’t have to be a computer freak or mastering any particular qualifications. It is simple and casual.

      Cons

      Stressful situations to handle, limited/no development for the employees. The working atmosphere is not good. Min. salary. It takes too much time for the management to decide. They have to be more flexible and open-minded.
