Pros

The people you work with are all amazing in their own right. Very good company culture. Challenger mindset

Cons

It’s a startup by nature so expect a lot of changes and pivots.

Pros

The company is growing rapidly with strong long-term potential. Nigel’s leadership and clear strategic vision are steering the business in the right direction. Management is genuinely receptive and listens and responds to any requirements or feedback you raise. The team culture is collaborative, and everyone is friendly, supportive, and always willing to help each other succeed.

Cons

The Melbourne office requires three days a week on-site, which can be challenging for those living far from the CBD. As a Solutions Engineer, the technical depth can feel lighter at times, leaning more toward project and stakeholder management. This is understandable for an early-stage startup and not a major concern, but worth noting for those seeking a highly technical role.

Pros

Positive company culture: A welcoming and inclusive environment. From day one, I felt valued and supported by my colleagues and management. The open-door policy and regular team-building activities helped create a strong sense of community. Innovative Solution: A product that addressed real market needs. I felt proud to be part of a team that delivered consistently to high-quality. Regular updates and improvements ensured that we optimised on lessons learnt. Strategic Vision: The leadership team had a clear and well-communicated strategy. Regular town halls and strategy sessions kept everyone aligned with company goals and progress. I appreciated the transparency and the opportunity to contribute ideas to the strategic direction.

Cons

While the fast-paced environment was exciting, it sometimes led to big workloads or tight deadlines. This is inevitable in a growing business however, and the supportive team made it manageable.
