Pros
Great work environment, great people, very responsive management, open to ideas and feedback. Casual work environment with great music and lots of laughs . Being a start up it is very much a work hard-play hard environment. Company encourages you using your natural talents. Great place to work especially if you like to work with a team and independently (not being micro managed).
Cons
This company is not for you if : You want the same thing day in day out or hate change. As a start up things are constantly changing and you have to be flexible to roll with the changes and adapt quickly. You just want to put in your hours and collect a paycheck. We work hard but we have fun too. If technology scares you this is not the place for you. Very tech driven.
