Educational Services Company - Senior Software Engineer Kaplan Employee Review

Firstly, it's not a product-based company, its a educational services company, they just call themselves a product-based company. No documentation, no coding standards, no unit testing, not even a proper Jira ticket for the requirement. Although this is not true for every team, for most it is. Poor management. Some managers are grossly incompetent and egotistical. DO NOT JOIN if you know you will be part of the Higher-Ed team, especially LMI team. I stayed in the company for over 3 years, and almost my entire team left due to frustration. I strongly advise clarifying and being aware of which team and manager you are going to be a part of before you join.
