      Pros

      In the beginning it was a good company.

      Cons

      They do not value long term dedicated employees. Giving students the best student experience has long gone away. Communication is awful and management will lie and throw people under the bus to save themselves.

      Remote and flexible. Good culture from higher up but team morale is down.

      Turning more salesy than helping students. Too much focus on hitting budget.
