Thank you for taking the time to review Kaplan International English (KIE) as a place to work. One of the priorities of the KIE management team aims to reinvent the company culture to one in which honest feedback, no matter how difficult it is to hear, is both respected and encouraged.
Your post suggests that KIE sets unrealistic expectations. Your point is clear, but I am eager to hear more specifics of your post. Expectations could relate to sales targets, workload, resources, acceptable behavior, or numerous other areas. We try to get these things right, but of course, might not always succeed in this. If this is the case, we would like to understand exactly where the problems lie so we can take appropriate action. While I understand that Glassdoor is an anonymous site, I would be glad to meet in person or on the phone and speak more about your experiences working at Kaplan if you are comfortable doing so.
