Anyone that suggests you lie to potential residents would/will be fired. We don't lie to anyone or abide anyone that suggests you should. You were hired as weekend leasing agent and when the need for the position dried up, we offered you the opportunity to do some housekeeping in order to keep you employed while you were in school. Anyone in the business knows that move-in specials change - and can do so weekly - depending on availability. The rental rates and move in specials are set by market conditions, price per square foot, availability, and trends. While you were not expected to understand the changes, suggesting that we misled prospects is patently untrue and unfair. You should know this.
