The majority of employees are hardworking, passionate, fun people Provides a valuable experience - many roles require excelling at multiple jobs within one position. "Wearing multiple hats" is an understatement.
Cons
Lack of direction, focus, honesty and integrity at an executive leadership level. Basically, lacking in every fundamental category that would lead a company to success and would make an employee want to work for a company. Cut-throat, false sense of community and false sense of worth, disrespectful. You truly are not important not matter how talented you are or how much you excel and exceed even the most seemingly unattainable goals. Many employees end up in tears almost daily because they are constantly overwhelmed and have zero work/life balance
