      There are no good reasons to work there at this time.

      Cons

      Abusive, bullying, atmosphere of fear. I didn't believe it till I witness first. It can be quite a hostile environment delivered by management.

      Small Company, so its easy to talk to everyone, and get a real "feel" for the company.
