Pros
The clients are so sweet and working with them is great.
Cons
If you're a devout Christian who is a rule follower and doesn't question anything they'll love you. Even though there was a lawsuit they lost that says they can't discriminate based on sexual orientation/religion etc management can still find a way to make your life hell. They play favorites and will give opportunities and advancement to people they like, even if they aren't qualified. There are people working there who are way past retirement age, and do nothing and nothing is said. But if you're young they'll nit pick every little thing. Senior directors who have never worked Frontline a day in their life make big decisions that affect the residents and staff, often to their detriment. They try to cut corners in every way possible, and yet spend vast amounts of money on big things that don't need doing. For example the budget for groceries for 7 adults for the week is $150, but they'll spend thousands to repaint a house that was painted 2 years ago bc the new manager doesn't like the wall color. The mismanagement of funds is crazy.
