Pros
It's comfortable. The people are warm and welcoming, there are things like Fruit Day once a month, use of the company Smart Car, optional boot camps and yoga. Karo works with a wide variety of prominent Calgary clients and there are a number of staff members who've been there for over 15 years. That says something in this industry.
Cons
It's comfortable. Karo does not push the work, it's clients or the people to be the very best they can be. There are very talented people at Karo that could be even stronger if more was demanded of them. Karo is a place you can get very excited about because you look at it and say "You have so much potential!", but it's disappointing when it falls short.
