Extremley high turnover rate, door to door sales, nobody wants to talk to you, no real pay everything is commission (No sales no pay), they WILL guilt you into working saturdays even though it says they're optional, horrible work life balance (getting called from 8am to 9pm with 'team games' and 'sales group chats', 'check-ins' etc)
