Some of my coworkers were nice. Commission is 5% so pay could be solid given a lot of sales. Good place to get experience in interior design sales.

Base pay could be better (it was only $19 an hour). Senior leadership in Italy was generally unsupportive and inattentive to the Miami showroom. Only 10 days of PTO.
