Pros
Room for growth, tight-knit teams, relaxed culture, innovative, global presence... there are a lot of things I view as pros that others may disagree with, but if you're committed to your own success and the success of your team you'll be in good company, and I don't know another company that'll give new employees as many opportunities to be in charge of their own success.
Cons
Growing Pains are normal for a company that is constantly moving upward, Kaseya is constantly trying new things and trying to establish metrics for success, not everyone is going to like every change, and not everyone is cut out to work in this environment, as Kaseya adapts they expect their employees to do the same, it can get stressful as a result
