Its a sweat shop The pay is awful Management will promote someone because they like them and not because they are good at their job. Managment expects you to take 25 calls and solve 30 cases during your 8 hour shift. They also don't alllow much time for you to catch up on cases. They WILL lie to you about promoting you or raising your pay just to keep you with the company.
