Asked about L&D support - got told not that kind of company
During redundancy the direct manager didn't have the decency to stay on the call while HR went through the process.
Micro management at it's finest and controlling.
I tried to hire replacement for people that left, after submitting 3 times, chasing the approves on many occasions, the roles were declined due to exceeded timelines of the hiring process.
