      Pros

      The benefits are top notch. BCBS PPO, no deductible, covers everything, company pays +90% of the premium. Dental and vision coverage, as well. 401K through Fidelity, 5% match! Good PTO policy, flexible work-from-home. The company takes good care of its employees

      Cons

      certain departments have become overly "corporatized" over the years, focused far too much on meaningless KPIs.

      That is a very good point you make on sick time. We have considered making a separation of sick and PTO time – would you be interested in sharing some ideas? No one wants someone to come in sick to the office – it’s not good for anyone in the office or the sick person. Also in 2018 we rolled out a 6% match on 401K. - Alena
