Kaspersky Lab has a beautiful campus that is an easy commute from Boston or the Boston metro area. The company works in collaborative teams, and everyone's ideas and contributions are valued. You can come in with a state college degree and go far. There are women on the tech teams, not just the marketing team. The marketing team is top-notch, we are using integrated marketing communications with the all the best equipment, to compete in a global market.
Cons
There is a lot of pressure to complete a lot of projects, and since we are always growing and innovating, sometimes the process by which we complete the projects changes right in the middle! The good part is that generally we don't work long, crazy hours. We do have some relief from the busy times, and we help each other get things done. This place has family-friendly hours generally speaking, it is almost like a finance job. You definitely learn and grow and feel very intelligent by the time you wrap it up!
