Pros
Was a great, fun place to be, has, like all very successful companies, changed now it's entered the big leagues. At the time I was there, a lot of glass ceilings were in place with a preference for promoting HQ staff over regional staff. A wonderful CEO, with a belief and passion for what he does.
Cons
Prefer to promote staff from HQ over regional staff. Lack of maturity in business systems to match the growth of the company and client demand. Still lacking in true enterprise scale technologies in b2b market to compete. Consumerized market space and failure to be visionary and act on key opportunities may have killed their chance.
