      Kavak had a hyper growth in the last years and enabled me to learn a lot during this growth as I grew with the company. Also the team is amazing and was the best team I have worked on tech/product

      Bad C Level leadership, too much nepotism (people are there because they are close friends or family of current CEO), Too many layoffs impacting too many people
