Treated the employees so poorly - Anonymous employee Kayess Square Consultancy Employee Review

It was my first corporate job and initially I used to think this is how work place looks like. But soon I realised this company is harmful for my mental as well as physical health. The so called (the three persons) management does not care at all about the employees. I was always on duty. They even called me once during my relative's funeral to complete the work. No work life balance. They expect the employees to take responsibility of a CEO in the salary of an executive. There is no mentorship at all. Entry level employees are given accounts of client to handle on their own. As a result it causes harm to the client also. One thing that was shocking to see was the threat culture that the management used to use. Whenever an employee tried to escape this place, they deliberately made his life miserable by misbehaving and shouting. Screaming at employees by the client and the management is a very normal event here. Notice period employees are treated like criminals here. In the name of comforting client, they can ask anything and everything. When it comes to compensation, they will try to delay as much as possible. But when it will come to responsibility, the employees have to be ready always. This is the first company where I have seen top management person himself is busy in looking CCTV camera to check employees movements. Micromanagement at its best here. Overall not recommended at all.
