Many family members in almost each department who report back any little thing. Such conflict of interest but company doesn't care or is oblivious to what is actually going on in the facility. Certain leadership is passive aggressive and think their intelligence is superior to everyone around them. Facility is a dump and company not willing to invest. Senior leadership doesn't even have faith in the local leadership to the point they conduct interviews for lower chain candidates. Culture is just horrendous!!!
