Pros
Good starting wages, good 1st day of orientation (bagels, pizza, soda, cookies). More like a sales pitch about the company... then day two, you get thrown to the wolves.
Cons
Union dues. Wages seem good until you factor in what the union takes out. Upfront fees are ridiculously high. Old outdated MHE and equipment is not assigned.
