if you're not in management you get treated like dirt. tenured technicians are starved for hrs while cheap laborers are fed the good work just to keep the managements pockets fat. techs of 5-10 yrs are turning 60-80 hrs per two weeks (100 hrs on the clock) and are ready to quit about it. very high turnover. 5 service managers alone in last 12 months.
