Pay is extremely low for the amount of responsibility required from even the most junior positions. Even if you have more experience and ability than your equals, tough luck - you are paid the same amount, to the dollar. Professionalism isn't promoted. Hope you don't mind F-bombs and dog crap stains throughout the office, because they got both! Psychotic breakdowns from the owners are considered the usual. Being verbally harassed and made to feel like an incompetent group of children is a daily occurrence. Prepare to have your lips permanently attached to your bosses' rear ends in order to survive.
