Culture, Colleague, Compensation, Methods, Systems, Processes, Policies, HR. - Everything was fantastic. It is a tangible learning oportunity, where u see brands grow through BTL interventions more.
Cons
Succession Plan was not very mature, and we were seeing a beeline (Job Life Cyccle), without a clear roadmap.
