Has better pay compared to other call centers. Everyone I spoke with gave positive vibes and was willing to help when asked a question.
Cons
Work life balance is not the greatest I hate there was not a steady schedule. You have 2 weeks worth of schedule at a time, but each day may be doable because it's according to business needs.
