Pros

The culture is the first thing you notice when you walk through the doors, even during your interview. Everyone is genuinely interested in your well-being. It is easy to work together on any issues that arise, as everyone is willing to answer any questions or jump in when needed. In the short time I've been here, I've already witnessed three promotions in our office, not to mention promotions in other offices, which shows there is always room to grow here. The upper management has an open door policy, making them incredibly approachable, and they always make you feel valued.

Cons

I haven't come across any yet.

Pros

The entire hiring process was incredibly smooth. The team really is in your corner when you're interviewing with the client. It was by far the fastest and smoothest interviewing process I've ever gone through. Was over in less than a week.

Cons

It is a contracting position so that has it's own pitfalls, but that's not reflective of anything Kelly Mitchell. It's a great company to work for!

Pros

None that I can thing of

Cons

They were very friendly and professional during the interview process. Unfortunately, my experience after joining was quite different. There was significant micromanagement and frequent emphasis on how far behind the team was on performance metrics. The company also implemented a revised commission structure that was described as a "modernization" of the compensation plan, but many employees viewed it as a reduction in earning potential. After raising concerns about the changes to compensation, my employment was terminated shortly thereafter. It appears they are in financial trouble based on how frequently they mentioned they are not growing and how behind they are on the number. Non stop "strategic" changes were exhausting. Cons: Micromanagement, heavy pressure around performance metrics, and compensation changes that negatively impacted earnings.
