Pros
KellyOCG is a very flexible place to work - generous salary and bonus - upward mobility/opportunities for advancement - great team and great management
Cons
Benefits are not great, PTO time is limited (10 days year), coordination with other business units of Kelly Services is limited and thus confuses the customer. For those who work onsite at the client (as I do), it is difficult to feel "part of the team"
