Pros
I overall loved my time at KellyOCG and worked in a variety of roles, RPO Operations and Solution Design. The ability to innovate, create solutions and work with clients and create something unique was always exciting. Benefits were great. People overall were great and there are some great leaders like Teresa Carroll, Tim Dupree and Jean Devine. Carl Camden truly talks to all levels of employees to gain insight and does encourage smart risk as he promotes.
Cons
Promotions for virtual leadership are hard to obtain. Years at KOCG comes into play as well as how quickly you have progressed. There is a "hold" if you are viewed as moved-up too fast even if you came to KOCG taking a lower position to prove your value. Very much a HQ type of approach to leadership and also driven by length of time.
