Pros

Most of the coworkers are nice, benefits are good, workload isn't stressful

Cons

Horrible communication within the department. One supervisor says one thing, then you get another answer and no one is held accountable. Training is the same. You're trained one way, then everything is old news when you're on the floor. The training book is outdated and unorganized.
