      Incredibly long hours with no official quitting time (actually spoken in a meeting), zero employee development, forced to take on new projects at breakneck speeds with no realistic timelines

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
