      Pros

      Kemper offers a good training program. Managers, trainers and support staff are there to make sure you get started out right. It's wonderful to feel like a part of the team from day one.

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
