There are NO "PROS" to working at this horrible company!

This was the WORST place I have ever worked at! The manager was extremely abusive and would constantly yell and belittle the call center reps! She was really awful! We were expected to take back to back calls without a rest. The customers were allowed to abuse the reps over the phones and we were not allowed to say anything back. I never got an ounce of appreciation for my efforts and the pay was incredibly low! The turnover was incredible! People would leave after 4-6 weeks! I quit after 6 months and am so glad I did!

New CEO numbers driven, has been several reduction of work force, and claims has high turnover
